Does anyone else use a HDTV LCD Television for a computer monitor?
I’m talking the big ones, over 40″. I was thinking of hooking up mine to the PC, but I don’t know where I would sit and type. I would have to look completely to the left and right to find things lol.
Care to tell me how you type and use the mouse when sitting in front of it?
I have my 52″ LCD HDTV hooked up to a computer – I use it for some light web browsing and video streaming (using the free XBMC software).
I sit around 8 ft away from my TV, and use a wireless keyboard and mouse to control it. (I use a Bluetooth Wireless Apple keyboard and a Logitech Revolution VX mouse).
I think it works pretty well! You may have to increase your font-size and your font DPI in your display settings if youre using Windows.
