Good HDMI vs Bad HDMI cable?
I have a hard time believing that one HDMI is drastically better than the others. Like on certain monster cables it says that some are capable of 10.2gbs and others only 4.6gbs ect. others say 120hz and some 60hz. Is this true or just BS to get you to buy a $129 monster cable vs a $4 monoprice one?
side note: WTF does yahoo think HDMI is spelled wrong?
Buy from monoprice.com. As long as you don't run long lengths of it you'll be just fine.
Gizmodo.com, HDguru.com, CBC marketplace (major canadian consumer watch show) all tested them and proved that ther isn't much of a difference. However the argument about 1s and 0s doesn't really hold up. See the bluejeanscable website for more info.
