Xbox 360 hdmi video output to a computer monitor and rca audio to computer speakers.?

I recently purchased an Xbox 360 elite from ebay and I was wondering if it was possible to have hdmi output to the monitor (LG W2353V-PF) with rca audio to my 2.1 computer speakers (Creative Inspire 2.1 2500) by plugging the R/W plugs in to my left and right outputs to the subwoofer or any other computer speakers I may buy in the future. I am also thinking of purchasing the turtle beach x31 gaming headset for the xbox and after watching an installation videos I found that the x31 audio inputs need to be connected to a tv output along with the xbox audio input... so I was wondering if it was possible to connect the x31 to my current speakers.
P.s. I am aware of the 'hack' method where you pry open the original rca adapter so that both hdmi and the rca plugs can fit in to the xbox, I am mainly concerned about wether or not the audio will actaully work with my sound system.

the hdmi cable and the cable that has the red, yellow and white cant be plugged in at the same time..they both wont fit...ive tried myself.
