What is better 28AWG HDMI High Speed Certified Male to Male Cables or Premium 24AWG HDMI High Speed Certified?

It's for my new Samsung 3D tv is there any difference between those two cables mainly the 28AWG and 24AWG?
With wires ... the lower the number, the thicker they are. A thicker cable would probably perform better.
