Yes, but there are a few things I should note.
First, you did not list a brand for the PSU. Your Power supply is the most important part of your computer, as a cheap PSU can cause errors due to poor voltage regulation. ALWAYS get a high-quality PSU.
Second, you have a 4GB module and a 2GB module of RAM listed. This is not an ideal configuration because you are going to want to take advantage of the Dual Channel function that most motherboards support. Get two RAM modules of the same size and speed and you will have a performance boost due to the increased memory bandwidth provided by Dual Channel RAM.
