It was pretty straightforward to line up, we tend to don't seem to be Techies and that we managed simply fine. I actually have Comcast cable/DVR, a Sony BDPS570 Blu ray and a Wii. Everything was straightforward to hook up and works fine. we tend to were able to simply sync the Blu ray player with the TV and solely use the TV remote. The new Blu ray replaced an ancient Sony DVD player and a prehistoric Sony VCR, they still work fine however-I am passing them on to my son. i believe that the folks that offer this TV a lot of harsh reviews do not use or perceive the "scene" operate on the remote. I actually have found that if i'm not glad with the image quality, I will get attempt a distinct "scene setting" and find the result i need. sometimes the image may be a bit pixelated, however i believe it's Comcast or not a HD signal, not the TV. we tend to use the "auto" scene setting for the foremost half, "sports" has a lot of vivid color however generally the dialogue may be a bit more durable to grasp, and that we use "music" for, duh, paying attention to music. the image quality might go down a tad in "music" however the sound quality will go up alittle.
I realize the TVs sound to be simply fine, i'll find yourself obtaining a wireless speaker at some purpose (mostly for watching movies and wanting that "theatre" feel) -but i'm proud of the sound. i used to be alittle shocked to seek out the speakers located along rock bottom fringe of the TV frame. we've got ours discovered with the TV stand that came with the TV, not wall mounted (it's on a fire mantle, simply a few of inches below the sting of the TV) and that i would have thought the sound would get "stuck" there....but it sounds fine.
I am positive as we've got the TV longer we'll build many changes and luxuriate in it even a lot of, it should even deserve a five star rating at that time. I wished a qualtiy TV for an honest value and that is what I got. I actually have quite many Sony product and every one of them have lasted a protracted time. Hopefully this can too!

Like the HD PVR But Cheaper?
I would like an HD PVR to record video game clips off my ps3 with my Sony Bravia 55" 1080p, the only probelm with this is that the PVR isn't cheap. I am mainly wondering if there is something like the PVR but cheaper, like the dazzle, and how good it records in (1080p 720p), if you can find any cheap deals, like around $100 that would be nice, or something like the PVR but cheaper, I saw one that I think was wireless, when it came to the pc part, if you can find that, that would be really nice.
