I bought the receiver and am having a hard time getting it going. HELP! what can I be doing wrong?
assuming its connected to the tv and satellite inputs, it should work, remember that you must call Dish to activate the new reciever and the reciever will need to update software, this takes from 10 to 20 minutes, best way to do it is to activate with dish and let it update overnigth
